Aim of the Association The Association aims to found a museum of modern arts, to introduce the avant-garde Turkish art to the world, to attract the contemporary arts in Turkey, to promote cultural and touristic activities, to contribute to the relationship between nature and human.
What is the Responsibility of the Association? a) Organizing exhibitions of contemporary artistic works, rather in natural places, such as forests, green areas or on the seashore, to make use of the green areas for artistic activities and public benefit. Insurance applied onto the artistic works exhibited will probably save also the forests, i.e. the exbition center. b) Providing indoor places for conventional exhibitions, either by purchasing or renting a proper building. The insurance services for artworks shall be provided as well. c) Collaborating with parallel institutions active in cultural and artistic fields from European Union countries and others; contacting international museums of modern art; working together; organizing international exhibitions. d) Organizing seminars, panels, conferences, congresses and exhibitions for educational purposes. e) Promoting activities to contribute to the artistic sensibility and aestetic understanding in the society, such as art festivals, cultural meetings and so on. f) Publishing reviews and journals, postal cards, posters, brochures, films, dia sets, CD serials, all in conformity with the above formulated ends. She works together with national and foreign broadcasting institutions. g) Making projects to help the society to get to know better other countriesÕ cultures and style of life. Working on the international field with the necessary permissions of the authorities. Activities may be with a certain payment, in return of receipt. Opening a lounge according to current financial regulations; establishing a floating capital system and/or an economic enterprise. h) Preparing programs conforming with the regulations and the policy, to be broadcasted by televisions, and other mass media. Taking part in discussion programs and promoting campaigns. õ) Contributing to auctions and exhibitions by issuing sale certificates for the artworks supplied to sell; rendering expertise services; organizing the specialized departments accordingly. i) Giving support to archeological works related with art in general. j) Organizing archives and libraries on modern arts. |
